The entire process was a long one. I started looking for my house as a first time homebuyer in April of 2023. My prior knowledge of Genny as a person helped me to know that she would put my needs above anyone else's! It was a no-brained for me to contact her to get me started.

Very responsive and helpful

Clare went above and beyond to get us into our home! We were unable to be able to see the houses in person and Clare was able to do live video showings of the houses we were interested in. Clare was an excellent communicator and always made time for our questions. Clare was an invaluable asset in navigating the nuances of the housing market and we would recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home. We look forward to working again with her in the future.

We only had direct communication with Clare which was nice as we didn't have to worry about multiple lines of communication. The Century 21 Bridgeway Realty staff seemed to do a great job supporting Clare but letting her work independently with us as clients.
